every UPT graduation, the Air Force issues the pilots
their pair of wings. The pilot should never wear that
first pair. For Good Luck, it should be broken in two
parts.
One half for the pilot the other for a friend or relative.

You
supply your patches and the picture of yourself
and your class.
Pictures can be emailed
or put on a disk and mailed along with patches.
Please make sure that photos are at least 200
DPI and 5x7 in size. You will need to order your
box three weeks prior to graduation. Pictures

We also recommend inviting the parents of
the single pilots to participate so that
they are not left out.
At Vance, we have
had classes that sent out letters, with
our web address and an explanation of what
the class was putting together. The parents
contact us. One of the wives then makes
sure that we get pictures and patches for
those pilots. If you would like our help,
we can supply note cards with personalized
information for your class. The cards have
the T-38 on the front and on the inside
they will have a letter talking about the
gift idea, important information
and how to contact us.
All boxes will be mailed to class contact (this way, traveling
parents do not have to tote the shadow boxes
to graduation).
Ordering this way for the whole class with
parents takes a little more time so please
allow about 4 weeks to coordinate this.
